BattingK (“we,” “our,” or “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our app.
1. Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, or location.
- We do not track or store your browsing activity outside of the app.
- We do not sell or share user data with third parties for marketing purposes.
2. Information We May Collect
BattingK is designed to minimize data collection. However, certain technical information may be collected automatically for the app to function properly:
- Anonymous usage data (e.g., crash logs, performance metrics) may be collected by Apple or third‑party analytics services to help us improve the app.
- Purchase information: If you choose to upgrade to Pro features via in‑app purchase, Apple processes all transactions. We do not receive your payment details. We may receive anonymized transaction records (such as subscription status) to enable or restore Pro features.

4. Third‑Party Services
BattingK relies on Apple services to deliver functionality:
- App Store / StoreKit – to manage in‑app purchases and subscriptions

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to maintain the safety of any information handled by the app. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
BattingK relies on Apple’s infrastructure (App Store, StoreKit, iCloud if used) for purchases and sync. These services apply their own robust security protections.
6. Your Data Protection Rights
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding your information. While BattingK does not directly collect personal data, any rights you exercise may apply through Apple’s services:
- European Union Residents (GDPR): Right to access, rectify, or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, and the right to data portability.
- California Residents (CCPA): Right to request access to and deletion of your information, and to opt out of the sale of your personal information (note: BattingK does not sell personal information).
- Chinese Residents (PIPL): Right to access, correct, and delete your personal information, as well as the right to withdraw consent for processing.
- Japanese Residents (APPI): Right to request disclosure of your personal information and to correct, add, or delete such information.

- Subscription status data may be retained only as long as your subscription is active.
